Spirit of Dance Company will provide a full refund of unused fees if a class is completely cancelled due to insufficient registration. All registration fees, recital fees, class deposit fees paid to Spirit Of Dance Company fees are 100% non-refundable even if a child drops out before attending a class. Refunds are not given for classes missed due to short or extended illnesses & short or long-term physical injuries. Classes may be made up by taking another class of the same skill set. If there are extenuating circumstances, please contact the office. Credit and refunds will not be given for missed classes due to illness, snow days, or personal commitments. Each dancer is welcome to make up a maximum of 3 classes either in another class or by virtual portal. Your tuition fees have been based on 32 weeks of training. This includes 14 weeks before the Winter Holidays and 18 weeks before Summer. Allowances have been made for inclement weather, breaks, and holidays. Spirit of Dance Company follows Bartow County School Calendar.
